DOTMOV Festival 2007 is a digital film festival with an aim to discover talented creators and provide them with an opportunity to show their work. Submitted works throughout the world will be screened at Soso Cafe which is produced by an online magazine Shift for a month, from November 1st to 30th. Last year's total submission was 267 works from 27 countries. All selected works for this year will be shown on Shift web site. During the festival, a lot of related audio & visual events will be held. And the tour will be held to Tokyo, Osaka and Sendai afterward.

The goal of this festival is to discover talented artists and provide them with an opportunity to show their work. We are also trying to increase the international scope of the festival by inviting guest creators, active on the front lines of the creative world, to participate as judges. During the festival, holding a lot of related audio & visual events, we explore the possibility of digital films.
