$1000 - Prize for Website re-design for global real estate company (Coded)

Our current website needs a new look, plain and simple. I would like for someone to create a unique user experience keeping in mind that in some countries bandwidth may be really slow. We also need two additional pages titled "Investors/Buyers" and "Featured Properties" and "Recent Press". We do not need to add listings similar to traditional real estate sites, just the ability to add "links" to exsiting property web-sites which users can find on our "featured properties" tab. once the user clicks on a featured property, before they are directed to the website, we need a "form" to pop up so they can register their infomation. details of the information that needs to be collected on the form can be provided. any other questions feel free to ask
